Art Call: Song Lyrics

We are so excited to announce a new collaboration with our friends at Bump 'n Grind, a coffee + records shop in Downtown Silver Spring! This spring we will be installing a rotating art gallery at their original location on East-West Highway inspired by the theme of our last meeting, song lyrics. 

If you are an artist / letterer interested in submitting hand lettered work for the exhibit, you can find the details below.

• The subject of the work should be a lyric from a song
• Dimensions must be either 8"x8" or 4"x4" and on white card stock
• Works can be completed on provided paper at our next meeting (April 10 at Catylator Makerspace)
• If you would like to submit a piece but cannot make the meeting, work can be mailed to us at: SSLetters, c/o Christy Batta, 8121 Georgia Ave, Suite 600, Silver Spring, MD 20910
• On the back of your work, please include your name, Instagram handle, song title, and musician
• All works must be in our hands by Monday, April 16
